Recognizing that causes of major NCDs such as diabetes and hypertension are due to improper, unhealthy and lifestyle- Mitahara fosters sustainable consumption practices through personalized nutrition counseling, meal planning packages, consulting services on food and nutrition projects, promoting workplace food and nutrition education, school nutrition programs, nutritional consulting services and by sourcing, production and promotion of healthy and balanced foods.
