The Safer Migration (SaMi) Programme is a bilateral initiative of the governments of Nepal and Switzerland. The programme is implemented in partnership between federal, provincial, and local governments. Helvetas Nepal provides technical assistance to the programme on behalf of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).

SaMi/Helvetas Nepal intends to call for bids from eligible Firms as outlined in the bid document.

1. The standard bidding document is made available at: https://notice.helvetasnepal.org
2. Interested firms must fulfill the minimum requirements listed in the bidding document.
3. The sealed bid must be submitted at the latest by 9 October 2026 before 17:00 hrs to SaMi/ Helvetas Nepal office.
4. The pre-bid meeting (Virtual, through Microsoft Teams) will be held on 30 September 2026 at 11:00 hrs. Interested firms should confirm their participation at sami.np@helvetas.org to obtain the virtual meeting ID by 29 September 2026 before 16:00 hrs.

Acceptance or rejection of bid and award of the job or cancellation of the bid notice shall remain within the jurisdiction of SaMi/Helvetas Nepal.
