Building Design Authority (P) Ltd. was established in 1974 as one of the pioneer Nepalese full time consulting firm employing on a full time basis, well qualified and experienced Technical and Administrative staff. OFFICE SPACE BDA Office is located in the most convenient and central location of Durbar Marg-Kamaladi intersection at Kamaladi, Kathmandu, which has the benefit of having quick and easy access to all the important and concerned authorities. It has covered a net 3720.14 sq. ft. of floor area for its operational functioning. The relationship of individual office staffs as determined by the operating procedures is the governing factor of working spaces layout. The layout confirms the systematic study of smooth and efficient operating procedures, which are predominantly governed by work flow requirements of an Architectural and Engineering office. The basic functions of the office are divided by the use of two floors. The first floor of the building comprises of the top management group and is arranged together in a short of a chain of command. The technical section, which mainly comprises of the design is laid out on the ground floor. It is well supported by the computer design section. The efficiency of office's working environment is an outcome of inter-relationship that is derived from operating procedure and the past two decades of operational experience.
