Accelerating Public and Private Investment in Infrastructure (APPIIC) being implemented by IMC Worldwide is Lot 1 of the UK aid-funded â€œAccelerating Investment and Infrastructure in Nepalâ€ (AiiN) programme that aims to support the Government of Nepal in attracting investments and accelerating investments into completed projects. APPIIC provides technical assistance to the Investment Board of Nepal (IBN), Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation; Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport and Ministry of Forest and Environment to increase public and private investment in large scale hydropower and transport infrastructure. APPIIC also manages DFIDâ€™s financial and human resources to IBN to facilitate private investment in Nepalâ€™s infrastructure.
