Bid Request Notice: Inclusive learning materials

Save the Children Country Office Nepal is initiating a sourcing process for “Inclusive Learning Materials Support to Schools to Establish Inclusive Resource Hubs.” Potential suppliers are requested to submit Bid documents by 04 October 2026.

Two documents are attached in the link in which you must provide the required information. Kindly complete the documents with relevant details, affix your authorized signature and stamp on each page, and submit them either by:

• Sending directly via email:- Nepal.bids@savethechildren.org.
• Dropping hardcopy bid documents at our Country Office in Kathmandu.

If you wish to submit your bid through email, please use the dedicated email address: Nepal.bids@savethechildren.org. Please do not share any bid-related information to other email addresses, as this email is secured for bid collection. Quotations and bid-related documents sent to other emails may be disqualified.

You are also requested to submit samples no later than the given deadline. If you prefer to submit a hard printed copy, please bring the sample items along with your quotation to our Country Office.

Bid and Sample Submission Location: Save the Children Country Office Nepal Airport Gate, Shambhumarga, Sinamangal Shree Krishna Bhawan, Kathmandu

Please note that hardcopy quotations and samples will not be accepted after 05:00 PM, as this is our office closing time.
