ADRA works in more than 135 countries around the world and is working in Nepal since 1987 with its Health interventions, Economic Development and Livelihood, Education, and Disaster Risk Management activities.

ADRA Nepal is intending to engage a consultant to develop Climate Field School (CFS) Facilitator’s manual/ guidebook.  CFS is an application of Farmer’s Field School (FFS) approach in climate smart farming practices/ technologies. The CFS manual in Nepali should be simple for the leader farmer to understand and facilitate periodic sessions for farmer group members. The same manual/guidebook should guide facilitators to plan each session, record basic data of crop/technology performance and reflecting lessons and learning.

Interested candidates are requested to apply with their expression in interest showing past experiences in similar work and proposed approach to deliver this assignment within 10 days of publication of this call.
