ADRA Nepal is seeking qualified and experienced Nepalese citizens for the following position under the Rasuwa Flash Flood Emergency Response.

Position: Emergency Project Officer

Number of Positions: 1

Project: Rasuwa Flash Flood Emergency Response

Duty Station: Field-based, with frequent travel across Rasuwa, Nuwakot, and Dhading project locations

The Emergency Project Officer will support the Emergency Response Coordinator with day-to-day coordination and field-level implementation of ADRA Nepal's Disaster Risk Management and humanitarian response programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Disaster Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on, field-based project management experience in Nepal.
• Practical understanding of local government DRR structures, cluster response mechanisms, and field logistics in Nepal.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills in Nepali (fluency in local district languages is a distinct advantage).
• Basic working knowledge of data collection methods and mobile data tools (e.g., Kobo Toolbox).
• Excellent verbal and written English and Nepali.
