Expression of Interest for Vendor Listing

Hami DajuVai (HDV) is a non-profit, non-governmental feminist organization established in 2019 with the aim of engaging men and boys to promote gender equality and end gender-based violence.

HDV is pleased to announce the enlistment of eligible vendors and service providers to its roster for the fiscal year from 2083/84 to 2085/86. This initiative aims to ensure the smooth operation of our activities and projects throughout the coming fiscal year. We invite qualified vendors and suppliers for the following procurement category.

1. Vehicle Rental Service-Provide vehicle rental service in all provinces/districts of Nepal.

2. Insurance- Provide medical/accidental insurance to staff/dependents and insure office property/equipment.

3. Office equipment & IT hardware- Supply of Computer, Laptop, Printer, Server, Firewall, LCD, Mobile Phone, Projector, UPS, Photocopy Machine, and other IT equipment.

4. Office website and software services- webhosting, maintenance, networking, cloud service, apps and software purchase, accounting software

5. Stationery and Office Supplies - Office Stationery supplies

6. Grocery supplies- cleaning supplies, pantry/kitchen supplies and other grocery items

7. Furniture and furnishing fixtures-Supply of various furniture items and installing and fixing them as per office requirement Repair and Maintenance services- Repair services for Air conditioners, electricity, solar powered equipments and battery, online UPS, Engineering, Construction, Plumbing, Sewage, Carpentry, and Generator, Photocopy, Printer, Vehicle/Motor Cycle and servicing of office equipments

8. Printing, designing- Printing of notebooks, books, magazines, posters, pamphlets, t-shirts, pen souvenirs and other office publishing and designing works

9. Advertisement- Advertisement of Vacancies or Expression of Interests and Bid in online job/bid portals.

10. Courier Service- Transportation of goods, International & Domestic Courier Service (Air & by roade)

11. Health and Wellbeing-Medical supplies- Medicines, medical and surgical supplies/equipment, psychosocial counselling, medical consultation, and othersOffice Promotional Items-Supply of promotional items such as bag, jacket, T-shirt, mug, souvenirs, and other items.

12. Relief and Emergency Items- Hygiene Kit, Dignity Kit, Disability Kit, Tarpaulin, Winterization Kit, NFI Kits and other items.

13. Travel – Road travel andAir ticketing for domestic and international travel.

14. Catering, Restaurant and Hotel Services – Food catering, boxed lunch, Hotels for both residential and non-residential training, and workshops.

15. Internet Service Providers – Dedicated high speed internet connection, with efficient after sales service.

16. Consultancy –HDV seeks consultants in the following sectors:

• Audio/Video/Animation Documentary Production,
• Media ,coordination
• IT service providers
• Editing and Translation and interpretation
• Survey and Research,
• Training/Workshop Facilitators/Trainers with expertise in Feminism, Masculinities Men Engagement, UN Reporting system, Women's Security and Justice, Gender-based Violence, Violence against children, Gender Transformational Leadership skills, Organizational Development
• Event Management
• Humanitarian Worker specialists

Interested vendors/firm must submit their company profile, copy of valid company registration certificate, copy of VAT/PAN registered certificate, and latest tax clearance documents by 3rd October, 2026.

Interested consultants must submit their C.V.s specifying their areas of interest and expertise and per day cost, and a copy of their PAN card by 4 October, 2026 before 5 PM.
