Tara Research and Development. Pvt. Ltd. (TRAD) was founded in 2020 and is one of the multi-disciplinary companies in Nepal devoted to contributing toward nation-building through dedicated professional services. TRAD, as a private company, is governed by a board of directors and is managed by a Chief Executive Officer. Our central team consists of professionals who have worked in technical and managerial roles for more than three decades in public, for-profit, and non-profit sectors. We have vast knowledge in a wide range of fields including Infrastructure, Finance, Agriculture, Livelihoods, Disaster Risk Reduction, Climate Change Adaptation, Governance, WASH, conducting surveys, Value Chain Strengthening, and Environmental Policy. Our experts have successfully implemented innovative strategies to reinforce the capacity of institutions and communities in countries like Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Myanmar, and beyond. Our professionals have also provided technical support to government bodies at various levels, including the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration, the Ministry of Home Affairs, and the Ministry of Agriculture. Additionally, we have closely collaborated with international donor organizations such as UNDP, IOM, DFID, USAID, ECHO, EUAID, and UKAID, among others.
