Job Overview:
1. Supervise and monitor service quality, infrastructure, and operational systems according to the "MSA Standard" and other quality protocols.
2. Oversee healthcare and facility operations, staff performance, and address any service delivery issues or deviations.
3. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and submit performance reports.
4. Manage incident responses, lead corrective interventions, and ensure documentation of follow-up actions.
5. Collect feedback from clients and patients to inform quality improvements.
6. Conduct evaluations of health staff, support personnel, and departmental functions to ensure compliance.
7. Monitor and enforce professional conduct, uniform policy, and personal presentation of staff.
8. Supervise and document rehabilitation, rescue, and reintegration procedures and their outcomes.
9. Coordinate with shelter homes and partner agencies regarding services for rescued individuals.
10. Oversee special care programs including child care, elderly support, and psychological care units.
11. Ensure all residential and field staff maintain uniformity in service delivery standards.
12. Monitor health services within residential, case management, and medical support units.
13. Supervise general facility management functions such as room labeling, signage, and infrastructure arrangements.
14. Facilitate improvements in staff performance, workflow coordination, and system efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree completed / Master’s degree running or completed (Preferred) (Fields: Public Health, Health Management, Social Work, or related)
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, healthcare operations, supervision, or related fields.
Language: Proficiency in Nepali and English (both verbal and written).
Analytical Skills: Ability to design, implement, and evaluate KPIs and service standards.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and staff interaction.
Interpersonal: Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to work across teams.
Cultural Competence: Understanding of service delivery in diverse and sensitive community contexts.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, quality assurance systems, reporting tools,
and health-related documentation.
International Affairs Knowledge: Familiarity with humanitarian service models is a plus.
