Terms of Reference (TOR) 

Girls Not Brides, Nepal (GNB Nepal) is a national network dedicated to ending child, early and forced (CEFM) in Nepal. The network consists 34 member organizations all over Nepal. The network was established in 2012 and officially became part of the global Girls Not Brides movement in 2014, which aims to end child marriage around the world. GNB Nepal is also a member of the National Action and Coordinating Group to End Violence against Children (NACG), established in each South Asian country. 

GNB Nepal, in partnership with Girls Not Brides: The Global Partnership to End Child Marriage, GNB Nepal is implementing a project entitled: “Increased Awareness Regarding the Adverse Impacts of Child Marriage and Meaningful Progress Towards Achieving a Child-Marriage-Free Nepal.”

The project aims to contribute to systemic change through a Gender Transformative Approach (GTA), working across all three tiers of government federal, provincial, and local and strengthening the network’s internal capacity. 

This ToR outlines the objectives, responsibilities, timeline, terms and conditions, required documentation, and payment modalities for a consultant (individual or firm).  

1. Consultant for developing provincial strategy and implementation plan on ending child marriage in Gandaki province (Position 1) (001gandakistrategy)

How to Apply

GNB Nepal is pleased to announce a consultancy opportunity for two positions. We invite qualified individuals with relevant expertise to apply and contribute to this important work.

The applicant consultant should send an expression of interest by 13th March, 2026, with each page of submitted documents including your signature as applicable, with the following documents enclosed: 

1. Expression of interest including total cost. 
2. Copy of PAN/VAT
3. Copy of your citizenship.
4. Personal CV
