Invitation for Sealed Quotation for the Supply and Installation of Solar PV System

1. KOSHISH, Kusunti, Lalitpur invites sealed quotations from Nepalese eligible bidders for the Supply and Installation of Solar PV System, site located at Pharping, Kathmandu under National Competitive Sealed Quotation procedures. 

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Quotation Documents at the office Of KOSHISH, Kusunti, Lalitpur

3. Bidders should deposit NPR. 1,000.00 as the cost of the bidding document in the project’s account as specified below

4. Sealed quotations must be submitted to the KOSHISH, Kusunti, Lalitpur office before 12:00 p.m. on 2080/09/16 (01 Jan 2024).

5.  The quotations will be opened in the presence of Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at 12:30 p.m. on 2080/09/16 (01/01/2024)at the office of KOSHISH, Kusunti, Lalitpur. Quotations must be valid for a period of 120 Days after opening and must be accompanied by a bid security, amounting to a minimum of NPR. 58,000.00/- which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. 

6. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partially any or all the quotations without assigning any reason, whatsoever.

7. Please find a list of the equipment for the quotation below. 

• Supply and installation of solar ready to use PV systems (Panels, Inverter, Batteries, Cables)  
• Take responsibility for the plant design in such a way that functionality under the existing conditions is ensured for min. 3 years. 
• 5 years guarantee for Inverter, 4 years warranty for Batteries and 25 years guarantee for PV Panels. 

8. The required forms and documents shall be part of the Quotation:

• Company registration certificate, VAT registration certificate, Latest audit report, and work experience of any two other projects.
• Technical specifications of Components used (such as Panel, Inverter, and Batteries)
• Letter of Technical Bid.
• Power of Attorney of Bid
