Social Development Forum (SDF), Banke in partnership with World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal) under WISH-Clean Start Project, invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the construction of Child, Gender and Disable Friendly (CGDF) toilet facilities in Janaki Rural Municipality, Banke District.

• Bidders may obtain the electronic bidding document from 16 September 2026 to 5 October 2026 (5:00 PM) by submitting a request along with copies of VAT/PAN, Firm Registration, updated construction license, Tax clearance certificate to the email address provided below. 
• All bids shall be accompanied by the Bid Security specified in the bidding document and shall remain valid for 60 days from the bid opening date. Bids should be submitted no later than 05:00 PM on 6 October 2026 at the address below. The Technical Proposal will be opened at the SDF Office in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on 7 October 2026 01:30 PM. 
• SDF reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, without providing any reason
