DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS:
Center for Equal Access Development (CEAD) Nepal is a non-profit organization registered in Doti District and has been working since 2063 B.S. in the areas of health, nutrition, child protection, safe migration, child sponsorship, good governance, and other community development sectors. In partnership with World Vision International Nepal, CEAD Nepal is currently implementing the SHIELD-IPF and SOP Projects across 14 wards of Sayal Rural Municipality, Purbichauki Rural Municipality, Adarsha Rural Municipality, and Dipayal Silgadhi Municipality in Doti District.
CEAD Nepal invites applications from qualified, committed, and dynamic Nepalese candidates for the following positions:

- Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience independently handling budgeting, financial accounting, planning, and financial analysis in I/NGOs, preferably within WVIN projects.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and internet usage.
- Experience working with computerized accounting software such as IPAS, FAMAS, and PFMS.
- Ability to lead the financial management of projects/programs and effectively link project financial management with the organization’s overall financial management system.
- Experience in administration and procurement processes.

| 2 | Case Management Assistant (CMA) | 1 | - Minimum Intermediate degree in related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in MHPSS or child protection programming.
- At least 8 days of basic training on Psychosocial First Aid and psychosocial counselling.
- Strong understanding of psychosocial counselling support, its' principles and standards.
- Strong understanding of child protection, survivor-centered approach, CP-related laws, policies and mechanisms.
- experience in delivering psychosocial first aid to children and women.
- Exposure to case management processes is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of psychosocial support principles and approaches.
- Knowledge of child protection systems, laws, and survivor-centered approaches.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

| 3 | Sponsorship Field mobilizer-SOP | 1 | - Higher Secondary degree (+ 2) in any relevant field and 2+ years’ experience in Sponsorship Field
The key responsibilities include: - Collect and supply correct child information and documents on timely manner.
- Conduct child monitoring as per the standard to ensure all RCs are sighted within 90 days. (90 days presence verification and semiannual CMS full process)
- Processing of all Sponsorship Correspondences: Sponsor’s letters/Gifts/E-letters, Child Expression Worksheet [CEW], introductory letters, Reply letters, Birthday Bounce backs, Sponsor Announcement Cards, Gift Notifications within deadline.
- Support children to respond to sponsor’s correspondences.
- Assessment and execution of Gift notifications to ensure that it addresses the child well-being needs/issues of the RC/families.
- Collect information to support management of queries received from Support Office.
- Conduct field level work to support in meeting the Auto Annual Progress Report eligibility on timely manner.
- Supply Sponsorship media content for both community and children (CUP, CUV, CGP, and CGV) as per the required standards.
- Mobilize and support RC families to adequately prepare for sponsor visits.
- Provide quality and accurate information on presence, participation and support to Registered Children and families to enable data entry in Horizon HOPE database.
- Conduct orientation for RC/non-RC and families as well as CBOs regarding the essence, approach and standards of Sponsorships so that they understand and meet the Sponsorship purpose.
- Provide timely information regarding any critical RC related wellbeing issues to supervisor and plan follow up action.
- Support to increase the meaningful participation of RC/non-RC families/vulnerable children/families in the program activities.
