Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial documentation, reporting, accounting activities, and basic tax and compliance-related work.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain financial bills, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports, expense statements, and account summaries.
• Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, payments, and receipts.
• Assist with bank reconciliation, payment processing, and day-to-day accounting activities.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records for audit and reporting purposes.
• Assist with tax-related work, statutory compliance, and submission of required documents/returns.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities, accountants, or consultants regarding tax and other legal/financial matters.
• Support basic legal and compliance-related financial documentation.
• Prepare financial information and reports required by management.
• Ensure all financial transactions and documentation are maintained accurately and on time.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of accounting and financial documentation.
• Basic understanding of taxation and statutory compliance.
• Good MS Excel and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential financial information.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
