Rural Development Centre (RDC) Nepal is a non-political and non-profitable organization established in May 2002 with its head office in Rautahat District of Nepal. Since then, RDC is heavily engaged in humanitarian assistance, community development, conservation of natural resources, and environmental protection mainly in the Terai region of Nepal through the dozens of humanitarian and long-term development projects reaching out to the children, adolescent, youth, women, landless, urban poor, and people living with disabilities, HIV & AIDS, conflict and disaster survivors from the poor families of historically marginalized Dalits, Muslims, Madheshi and Indigenous communities and other underprivileged groups.

Since then, RDC is heavily engaged in humanitarian assistance, community development, conservation of natural resources, and environmental protection mainly in the Terai region of Nepal through the dozens of humanitarian and long-term development projects reaching out to the children, adolescent, youth, women, landless, urban poor, and people living with disabilities, HIV & AIDS, conflict and disaster survivors from the poor families of historically marginalized Dalits, Muslims, Madheshi and Indigenous communities and other underprivileged groups.

RDC Nepal is implementing Paribartan CHANGE in partnership with ADRA in Chandrapur and Gujara Municipalities of Rautahat District. Connecting to this program, we would like to invite application from the interested Nepalese candidates who are eligible, accountable and have the ability to deliver results with the highest level of integrity for the following positions:

1Project Officer- 1 (Female Only)Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Social Work, Rural Development, a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in livelihoods, disability inclusion, or community development programming, preferably in an I/NGO setting.
2Enterprise Development Facilitator (EDF)- 2 (Female Only)Intermediate (10+2) or completed level 2 or 3 skill test on entrepreneurship facilitation from National Skill Testing Board (NSTB) under Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) or 15-month certified Entrepreneurship Development Facilitator (EDF) related Technical SLC (T-SLC) course from CTEVTMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in community level enterprise/business development, vocational training facilitation, or microenterprise support, preferably in an NGO setting.

Type of Examination: Written and Interview.
