In close partnership with the Government of Nepal (GoN), civil society, academia, and the private sector, FHI 360 Nepal delivers integrated programs across critical sectors. Our initiatives span essential health services—including HIV, maternal, newborn and child health (MNCH) and nutrition—procurement and supply chain management (PSM) for life-saving drugs, global health security (GHS)—including laboratory strengthening, antimicrobial resistance (AMR), disease surveillance, evidence-based public health messaging and community engagement, and health emergency management—and air quality management.
FHI 360 Nepal invites applications from qualified individuals with relevant academic qualifications, experience and expertise to fill various positions under United States Government (USG)-funded projects—Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) and Strengthening Infectious disease Detection System (STRIDES) —as outlines below.

| 1 | Associate Director, Admin/Operations and Procurements | The Associate Director, Admin/Operations and Procurements is responsible for oversight of overall office operations, management and administration, procurements, services, travel, inventory, insurance and consultancy management for FHI 360 Nepal Country Office. S/he works closely with all FHI 360 Nepal departments/units and projects with the guidance from Country Representative to ensure timely, appropriate and efficient office operations and management and within FHI 360 global and Nepal policy, systems and procedural guidelines as well as local statutory, regulatory and funders’ requirements. | Master’s degree in management, administration, or a related field with five to seven years of experience overseeing administration, operations, or support functions in a professional setting; or a bachelor’s degree with seven to ten years of relevant experience. |
| 2 | Associate Director, Finance and Grants/Contracts | The Associate Director, Finance and Grants/Contracts is responsible for oversight of the finances, contracts and grants for FHI 360 Nepal Country Office and its projects with the guidance from Country Representative. The Associate Director will ensure the achievement of all financial control and performance objectives in accordance with requirements of FHI 360 and its funding agencies in coordination with the FHI 360 Nepal Project Directors, Technical Directors and Country Representative. S/he will be responsible for providing support and guidance for budget forecasting, expenditure tracking and financial analysis as well as grant and contract management. S/he will also be responsible ensuring adherence with FHI 360 global and Nepal policy, systems and procedural guidelines as well as local statutory and regulatory, and funders’ requirements. | Master’s degree in finance, accounting, commerce, business administration, or a related field with five to seven years of progressive leadership experience in finance and grants management for donor-funded programs, or a bachelor’s degree in the same field with seven to ten years of relevant experience as mentioned. |
| 3 | Administrative Officer | The position provides comprehensive administrative, travel, logistics, procurement, and asset management support to ensure smooth operations of FHI 360 Nepal office. The role processes staff and visitor travel, manages vehicles and inventory, supports procurement and service agreements, and coordinates logistics for program activities, while ensuring full compliance with FHI 360 policies and procedures as well as local statutory and regulatory, and funders’ requirements and supporting efficient country office operations. | Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, public administration, or a related field with three years of relevant administrative experience; a master’s degree is preferred. |
| 4 | Program and Administrative Associate | The Program and Administrative Associate supports smooth office and program operations by overseeing the reception, answering calls, providing administrative, logistical, and travel support, managing communications, inventory, and office facilities, and program-related activities. The role ensures compliance with FHI 360 policies while facilitating efficient implementation of projects and events. | Bachelor's degree in business administration or social sciences or any relevant field with one year of relevant work experience or Intermediate degree with three to five years of relevant work experience. |
| 5 | Driver | The Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of FHI 360 staff, visitors, and project materials in Kathmandu and field sites. The role ensures vehicles are properly maintained, clean, and operational, maintains accurate logbooks, assists with loading/unloading, delivers official correspondence, and supports administrative and program activities as needed while adhering to traffic laws and FHI 360 vehicle policies. | SLC with 3-4 years of driving experience. |
