In close partnership with the Government of Nepal (GoN), civil society, academia, and the private sector, FHI 360 Nepal delivers integrated programs across critical sectors. Our initiatives span essential health services—including HIV, maternal, newborn and child health (MNCH) and nutrition—procurement and supply chain management (PSM) for life-saving drugs, global health security (GHS)—including laboratory strengthening, antimicrobial resistance (AMR), disease surveillance, evidence-based public health messaging and community engagement, and health emergency management—and air quality management.
FHI 360 Nepal invites applications from qualified individuals with relevant academic qualifications, experience and expertise to fill various positions under United States Government (USG)-funded projects—Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) and Strengthening Infectious disease Detection System (STRIDES) —as outlines below.

| 1 | Senior Finance Manager | Senior Finance Manager will be responsible to ensure maintaining the Country Office financial management and accounting system through accurate accounting, timely reporting, reconciliations, and payments as well as budget forecasting, expenditure tracking and financial analysis in accordance with FHI 360 and agreed financial control policies and procedures as well as local statutory and regulatory and funders’ requirements. S/he will also be responsible ensuring adherence with FHI 360 global and Nepal policy, systems and procedural guidelines as well as local statutory and regulatory, and funders’ requirements. | Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field with five to seven years of leadership experience in financial management, budgeting, and accounting for complex programs; or a bachelor’s degree with seven to ten years of relevant experience as mentioned. |
| 2 | Finance/ Accounts Specialist | The Finance/Accounts Specialist support effective financial management and compliance for FHI 360 Nepal by ensuring accurate accounting, timely reporting, reconciliations, and payments in line with FHI 360 funders’ and local statutory and regulatory requirements. | Master’s degree in finance, accounting, commerce, business administration, or a related field with three to five years of experience; or a bachelor’s degree with over five years of experience in related field. |
| 3 | Finance/Accounts Officer (2) | The Finance/Accounts Officer manages financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting for FHI 360 Nepal, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, donor agreements, and statutory and regulatory requirements. The role processes payments, reviews invoices and travel claims, maintains accounts, supports audits, and provides timely financial information to support management decisions. | Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business management with at least three years of relevant work experience. A master’s degree in a related field with relevant experience will be preferred. |
| 4 | Grants/Contracts Officer (2) | The Grants/Contracts Officer is responsible for supporting the grants management process, including conducting pre-award assessments, assisting in the development and modification of sub-award packages, and reviewing implementing partners’ financial reports. The role also provides orientation and capacity-building support to partners, ensures compliance with sub-award terms and conditions, and assists partners in addressing accounting and administrative issues to promote effective program implementation. | Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business management with three years of work experience in a relevant field. Master’s degree with experience relevant field preferable. |
| 5 | People and Culture (P&C) Officer | The P&C Officer supports the effective delivery of human resources (HR) functions by managing day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and HR administration in line with organizational policies and local labor laws. The role supports recruitment and onboarding, performance management, staff learning and development, employee relations, and HR systems management. The P&C Officer works closely with all departments to promote a positive workplace culture, ensure operational efficiency, and provide timely HR support that contributes to organizational effectiveness. | Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or a related field with three years of relevant HR experience; a master’s degree with one year experience is preferred. |
| 6 | Senior Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Advisor | The Senior MEL Advisor provides technical guidance on all MEL aspects of the STRIDES Activity in Nepal, including overseeing the execution of day-to-day MEL activities, and ensuring quality service delivery using project data to ensure evidence-based decision-making. S/he will lead activities to develop, operationalize, implement, and manage MEL systems, tools, and procedures to collect, collate, analyze, interpret, and use data that demonstrates impact and Activity accountability and progress. | Master’s degree in public health or other relevant subjects and four to five years of experience or a bachelor’s degree in public health or other relevant subject and five to seven years of experience in managing and conducting epidemiological and/or social science research and surveillance in public health. |
| 7 | Senior Manager, Program and Operations | The Senior Manager–Programs and Operations is responsible for providing strategic oversight and leadership for overall operations, administration, and program support of FHI 360 Nepal office. This includes management of procurement, travel, inventory, and other operational services to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning. The position works closely with all departments and program units to support effective program implementation, adherence to FHI 360 policies and procedures, and operational excellence across the country office. | Master’s degree in management, administration, or a related field with five to seven years of experience overseeing administration, operations, or support functions in a professional setting; or a bachelor’s degree with seven to ten years of relevant experience. |
| 8 | Team Leader –MNCH and Nutrition | The Team Lead, MNCH and Nutrition oversees programmatic activities for two technical are-as within the EpiC project: nutrition and MNCH. The Team Lead will work alongside technical experts in MNCH and nutrition to oversee and contribute to field-based efforts improve lifesaving MNCH and nutrition services in Karnali, Lumbini, and Sudurpaschim through a network implementing partners (IPs) working in 19 districts. The Team Lead will also collaborate with Government of Nepal stakeholders at the national and subnational level, local IPs, as well as FHI 360 technical focal points in the Nepal office, in the Asia Region, and at headquarters. | Master’s degree in public health, social science, behavioral science, epidemiology, or a related field with five years of experience in program management, MNCH, Nutrition or development programming; or a bachelor’s degree with seven years of relevant experience. |
| 9 | Team Leader –MNCH, Nutrition & GHS Strategic Information (SI) | The Team Leader – MNCH, Nutrition, and GHS SI is responsible for leading and managing the SI of EpiC Nepal that includes Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) of project activities, Integrated Health Information Management System (IHIMS), District Health Information System (DHIS2), research and surveillance related activities for EpiC Nepal. The Team Leader–MNCH, Nutrition and GHS will work closely with other units of EpiC Nepal and provides technical assistance (TA) to its IPs, Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) and other collaborating partners in a structured, systematic and effective manner. | Master's degree in public health or Epidemiology or other relevant subject with five years’ of work experience in IHIMS/DHIS2, GIS and SI systems including data collection and analysis or bachelor's degree in public health Epidemiology or other relevant subject with eight years of experience on SI systems and online recording and reporting system. |
| 10 | Communication and Documentation Specialist | The Communication and Documentation Specialist will work across technical portfolios including HIV, MNCH, nutrition, and global health security to ensure the project is well organized, documented, and communicated to internal and external stakeholders. The Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the project’s branding and marking, development of visual media and written materials, and the coordination of project reporting efforts. | Master’s degree in communications, public health, medicine, social science, or behavioral science with three to five years of experience or bachelor’s degree with five years of experience in the above-mentioned field. | 11 | Health Information System (HIS) Specialist | The HIS Specialist is a critical part of the EpiC project’s strategic information team. The HIS Specialist is responsible for working alongside EpiC’s government partners and IPs to advance the use of HIMS and the subsequent use of data from these systems to inform planning and improve health outcomes. The individual in this role will work across EpiC’s broad technical portfolio, engaging in activities for HIV, GHS, MNCH, and nutrition. The Specialist will liaise with Government of Nepal stakeholders at the national and subnational level, local IPs, as well as FHI 360 technical focal points in the Nepal office, in the Asia Region, and at headquarters. | Master’s degree in computer science, statistics, public health, or population and three years related experience or a bachelor’s degree with five years of related experience in health information system development. |
| 12 | Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist – MNCH, Nutrition and GHS (2) | The M&E Specialist – MNCH, Nutrition, and GHS will support the development, implementation, and updating of M&E plans, frameworks, and data collection systems, ensuring timely and high-quality data analysis for program improvement, reporting, and decision-making. The role also contributes to preparing data sets, reporting achievements, and supporting internal and donor reporting requirements, enabling evidence-based program management and continuous improvement. This position will also provide technical assistance to FHI 360 Nepal’s IPs, and Family Welfare Division (FWD), Epidemiology and Disease Control Division (EDCD) and IHIMS Section, Management Division in monitoring and evaluating MNCH, Nutrition and GHS programs. | Master’s degree in public health, social science or behavioral science or epidemiology or statistics and three to five years related experience or a bachelor's degree with over five years of re-lated experience in development programming, especially planning, monitoring and evalua-tion. |
| 13 | Technical Officer (5 positions)- Kathmandu, Karnali, Lumbini, Sudurpaschim | Responsible for the management of EpiC Nepal’s MNCH and nutrition project activities ensuring quality and effective and efficient implementation of project activities through IPs in close collaboration with provincial, and district-level government authorities, local and national stakeholders, and technical experts from the EpiC team based in Nepal, the region, and headquarters (United States). Responsible for capacity strengthening of IPs in technical areas, data management, etc. | Master’s degree in public health or social sciences with three years of experience working in health-related program implementation and management or a bachelor’s degree in public health or social sciences with five years of relevant experience. |
| 14 | Procurement and Supply Chain Management (PSM) Officer | The PSM Officer is responsible to assist in the procurement, storage, inventory management, and distribution of health commodities, ensuring quality, timely availability, and compliance with government and organizational standards. The role monitors stock at implementing partners, supports reporting and analysis, and contributes to capacity-building in supply chain management. | Bachelor’s degree in public health, Management, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy or related Social Science(s) with three years of experience in warehouse/store management of pharmaceutical and/or health products. | 15 | Provincial Coordinator, Procurement & Supply Chain Management (PSM) (7 positions)- Biratnagar, Butwal, Dhangadhi, Hetauda, Janakpur, Pokhara, Surkhet | The Provincial Coordinator, PSM is responsible for working closely at with the assigned Provincial Health Logistics Management Center (PHLMC), province health stakeholders, districts, and local level governments to improve PSM at the subnational level as part of the EpiC project. The individual will pay particular attention to inventory management; waste and drug disposal; the efficient and effective distribution of medical equipment; and forecasting and quantification activities. Coordinators will build strong local networks with various partners and government agencies, while collaborating with peers in other provinces and the FHI 360 Country Office team to ensure alignment of project activities and the scaling of key learnings nationwide. | Bachelor’s degree in health-related field, public health, supply chain management and pharmacy with three years of experience in supply chain implementation, oversight, and monitoring (preferably of health commodities). |
