CRS Healthcare is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nepal CRS Company established to distribute and sell health products with a focus on family planning, maternal-child health, and HIV prevention. It is a commercial enterprise that provides easy access to high-quality health products all over Nepal, while also supporting the efforts of the Nepalese government. Its primary goal is to generate sustainable profits that can support Nepal CRS Company while pursuing CRS’s social mission of improving the national health status. The company began its operations on July 16, 2021, with a portfolio of several products, including brands such as Dhaal Deluxe, Panther Premium, D’zire Dotted (Male Condoms ), eCon (Emergency Contraceptive Pill), Nilocon White and Sunaulo Gulaf (Oral Contraceptive Pills), Sangini (3 monthly DMPA injectable), Nava Jeevan (ORS), IUCD, Implant (Jadelle), Lacto Calamine Lotion, Lubricant Jelly, Water God (Water Purify) novaSure (Pregnancy Test Kit) and Ovasure (Ovulation Test Kit). From this fiscal year, the company has already introduced two new variant male condom- Panther Ultra-Thin, and D’zire Dotted Long Last condom. Additionally, the company plans to introduce new OTC medicines produced by local pharmaceutical companies among other products.

1. Job Title: Sr. Officer- Business Development

Job Summary

This role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy to increase market penetration and expand the product basket, thereby significantly enhancing its market presence, driving sales growth, and solidifying its position as a leading player in the Nepalese healthcare market.

Location: Head Office- Kathmandu

Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum Qualification: Master's Degree in Public Health (MPH)
  • Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the identification of new products in the market.

2. Job Title: Sales Promoter

Job Summary

The position is accountable for generating demand for family planning and health products by promoting and ensuring supply in a definite geographical area.

The role will work towards maximizing the reach of CRSH products through coordinating with distributors, coverage of traditional and non-traditional outlets, distribution and re-supply, and supporting and conducting promotional activities. The role is also responsible for supervising Sales Promoters under her/him and ensuring that they are performing their tasks well.

Location: Butwal and Biratnagar

Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum Qualification: +2 completed in any discipline
  • Preferred / Additional Qualification: Training in the Art of Selling
  • Minimum Experience: 1 year of experience in sales and distribution
  • Preferred/ Additional Experience: 2 years of experience selling, distributing, and marketing FMCG and Medical products

3. Job Title: Officer- Marketing

Job Summary

The Marketing Officer leads the strategic planning, execution, and performance monitoring of CRS Healthcare’s marketing activities across its health product portfolio. The role ensures that marketing efforts are data-driven, consumer-responsive, and aligned with sales targets and procurement.

The role is expected to assist the marketing department in executing day-to-day activities.

Location: Head Office- Kathmandu

Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies (BBS), or Business Administration (BBA), or Business Management (BBM)
  • Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the marketing of FMCG, maternal child health, or other health commodities.

4. Job Title: OFFICER - IT/ MIS

Job Summary

The Officer IT / MIS is responsible to implement IT strategies in line with the immediate and long-term organization objectives; provide prompt IT support to all CRS Healthcare employees across various locations of the organization for all systems and applications and ensure that employee queries are addressed promptly.

Location: Head Office - Kathmandu

Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or related field
  • Preferred / Additional Qualification: Process knowledge, including knowledge of hardware, setup and maintenance of central software ERP (such as Microsoft Dynamic NAV, GIS), GIS Mapping with ARC GIS/ QGIS, Software Programming, Sound Knowledge in Database Management System and network systems.
  • Minimum Experience: Two years of experience in the related field

5. Job Title: Assistant Officer- Sales

Job Summary

The Assistant Officer Sales is responsible for driving product sales, ensuring timely distribution, and maintaining a responsive supply chain across CRS Healthcare’s product portfolio. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, executing promotional activities, strengthening distributor and retailer relationships, and ensuring optimal product availability while minimizing expiry risks throughout the supply chain. Also, the role supports financial collections, market forecasting, and consumer engagement initiatives.

The role is also responsible for supervising Sales Promoters under her/him and ensuring that they are performing their tasks well.

Location: Janakpur and Sagarmatha

Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the sales and distribution of FMCG, or maternal child health, or other health commodities.
