Sales & Support Executive
Job Location: Office-based with required field visits
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend office daily/ provide daily report and coordinate with the internal team for updates, planning, and reporting.
- Conduct field visits to schools and clients when required for product demonstrations, support, or follow-ups.
- Provide after-sales support to existing clients, ensuring smooth use of our product.
- Proactively approach and connect with new schools to generate leads and build relationships.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to schools using a laptop when required.
- Maintain proper documentation of visits, leads, feedback, and support provided.
- Collaborate with the technical/support team to resolve client queries.
- Contribute towards achieving sales targets and business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field (preferred).
- Fresher with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Valid two-wheeler license (mandatory).
- Laptop required for school presentations.
- Ability to travel locally for school visits and client meetings.
- Self-motivated with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of educational technology or IT solutions will be an added advantage.
