Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Location: Office-based with field visits as required

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote company products/services.
• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and support.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing activities, events, and digital campaigns.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and necessary documents for clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to suggest improvements.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain proper records of leads, visits, and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive mindset.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and MS Office tools.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred (if field visits required).
• Laptop required for school presentations.
• Fresher with enthusiasm for sales and marketing are encouraged to apply.
