Position Overview

We're seeking a skilled Trading Content Writer who combines understanding of financial markets with exceptional content creation abilities. You'll create educational content, marketing materials, customer support documentation, and provide direct customer support.

What You'll Do

• Write educational content about various trading strategies, DCA, and automated trading
• Create marketing copy for social media, email campaigns, and landing pages
• Design graphics and videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools (no on-camera or voice work required)
• Provide written customer support via email, whatsapp, and social messages
• Answer user questions about trading strategies through written communication
• Develop customer support documentation and FAQ responses

Requirements

Essential

• Understanding of technical analysis, various trading strategies, and fundamental analysis
• Exceptional English writing skills for written communication
• Visual content creation skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)

Preferred

• Experience with financial trading and financial content
• Social media content creation experience
• Customer service experience
