Prayatnashil Community Development Society (PRAYAS Nepal), Dhading is a non-governmental organization dedicated towards quality education, livelihood, good governance, inclusive and well-being of poor Nepalese people. PRAYAS Nepal focuses on child, women, marginalized and rural communities by setting holistic development goals in creating transformed and interdependent society. The organization is committed to providing support to schools and communities to enhance the quality of the learning environment.

PRAYAS Nepal, with financial support from ChildFund Japan Nepal Office is planning to facilitate The Classroom & Library Management Works in Schools in selected schools within Dhading District under the Contract for FY 2025-PRAYAS Nepal/CFJNO-01. PRAYAS Nepal invites potential bidders having demonstrable experiences and capacity to submit their Bid. The bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders having legal existence for the fabrication of wooden furniture. Interested bidders can obtain documents from PRAYAS Nepal office during office hour and through e-mail (procurement.prayasnepal@gmail.com) upon formal request. Interested and eligible bidders are requested to submit their Bid, along with complete supporting documents, as described in the bidding document to PRAYAS Nepal office by 12:00 PM on 14th August 2025. Bids submitted after this deadline will be automatically disqualified. PRAYAS Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, either in full or in part, without assigning the reason whatsoever.
