Procurement of: Consumption Support Items

Community Development and Advocacy Forum Nepal (CDAFN) in support from Save the Children invites Sealed Quotation (लाहा छाप सहित) from eligible and qualified bidders for delivery of Consumption Support Items. Interested suppliers may obtain the quotation documents from Community Development and Advocacy Forum Nepal, Aaurahi-1, Mahottari.

1. Sealed Quotation must be submitted to the address given below, before 28 July 2026, by 5.00 PM. Proposals will be opened at Community Development and Advocacy Forum Nepal (CDAFN) office Aaurahi-1, Mahottari at 1:00 PM on 29 July 2026.
2. Bidders are requested to submit the financial and technical proposal separately in 2 different envelops. Technical proposal envelope contains legal documents (PAN Certificate, Tax Clearence certificate and registration certificate and financial proposal envelope contains quotation document.
3. Sample of each item should be submitted while submitting the proposals or upon request by the organization.

Note: CDAFN reserves the right to accept or reject any/all proposal document without necessary reason.
