REQUEST FOR QUOTATION: INTERACTIVE BOARDS

World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal), located at Kusunti, Lalitpur‑13, intends to procure Interactive smart board immediately, in accordance with given specification. Accordingly, we invite quotations from interested and authorized suppliers. The detailed item specifications, along with the terms and conditions for the bidding process, are outlined below: (Refer annex 1 for detailed specifications)

BID INSTRUCTION:

• Clearly specify the lead time required for delivery of each item, calculated from the date of receipt of the Purchase Order (PO)
• All Quotation must be submitted on or before End of the Day of 20th May 2026
• All quotations must be submitted to npl_scmbid@wvi.org
• Offered product specifications shall be equivalent to or higher than those specified in Annex 1
• Proposed rate shall be inclusive of the delivery charge

After-Sales Service Commitment from the bidders:

WVI Nepal anticipates the bidding firms to agree and provide comprehensive after-sales service support, including the collection and delivery of goods requiring repair to and from the World Vision International Nepal Offices. This service is part of our commitment to ensuring the continued functionality of and satisfaction with the supplied goods.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Quotations received after the specified date and time of the invitation will not be considered.
2. Submission of company registration certificate, VAT/PAN certificate, and copy of latest tax payment certificate is required.
3. Quoted rate should be inclusive of all VAT, taxes and other necessary costs if required. Applicable Taxes will be deducted at source as per Government of Nepal Rules & Regulations.
4. Delivery needs to be made to KC Tower, Damodar Galli, Kusunti, Lalitpur -13 at WVI Nepal National Office and East Field Office, Bardibas.
5. WVI Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or to cancel the bidding process and reject all bids, at any time prior to the award of the contract, without assigning any reasons whatsoever and without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
6. The contract will be awarded in accordance with WVI Nepal’s evaluation criteria, and the successful bidder/(s) will be notified at the earliest date possible.
7. Payment will be made within 30 days after receipt of goods, successful inspection and approval by the WVI ICT team, and submission of an undisputed invoice. If there shall be any objections or specific expectations regarding payment terms, please state them in writing. Payment will be processed via online bank transfer in favor of your company.
