HPN invites quotations from qualified companies/firms/suppliers to supply, and delivery of the SS Milk Can as per the below.

Interested companies, firms, or suppliers are requested to submit their quotation mentioning the product name, warranty, and delivery date to Procurement-NP@heifer.org by 15 November 2025, 5:00 PM, along with the following documents. Please mention “Quotation for SS Milk Can” in the email subject line.

1. Company registration certificate
2. VAT certificate
3. Tax clearance certificate (FY 081/82 or extension slip)
4. Product catalogue
