Dalit Jan Kalyan Yuba Club (DJKYC) is a non-profit social organization registered with the District Administration Office of Siraha. Its central office is located in Ward No. 10 of Lahan Municipality. For the past 25 years, DJKYC has been actively serving communities across a wide range of sectors, including Dalit rights, Harawa–Charawa (HC) rights and empowerment, food and nutrition security, education, governance, women's empowerment, and water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH).

Having collaborated with more than 22 partner organizations, DJKYC is currently working with WaterAid, Plan International, ActionAid, Freedom Fund, MCC Nepal, and the Rotary Club, while also exploring potential partnerships with local governments.

In its ongoing efforts to expand outreach, DJKYC— in partnership with Mennonite Central Committee Nepal (MCCN)— is preparing to launch a food security and livelihood project aimed at supporting Dalit and marginalized communities in Bariyarpatti and Nabarajpur Rural Municipalities.

Position Title: Sr. Admin and Finance Coordinator -1

Reports to:  Executive Director.

Duty Station: DJKYC Central Office,  Lahan/Project Offices (50%/50%)

Supervises to: Project’s Admin and Finance Team

Qualification and Experience:

• Sr. Admin and finance coordinator will have at least completed master’s in business studies (MBS) /master’s in business administration degree (MBA) in accounting/finance from recognized universities with the preference for CA/ACCA and have at least three years of experience in a similar position.

Position: Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) and Gender Officer -1

Project: Integrated Agriculture and Livelihood Improvement Project.

Duty Station: DJKYC Office, Bastipur (Pradip Giri Ashram), Lahan Municipality, Siraha District (30% Office and 70% field base including project field office)

Reports to: Sr. Project Coordinator 

Duration: One year with initial three (3) months’ probation period. The contract will be extended based on satisfactory performance and funding availability.

Position: Technical Officer (Agriculture) -1

Project: Integrated Agriculture and Livelihood Improvement Project.

Duty Station: Bariyarpatti RM and Navarajpur RM Siraha District

Reports To: Sr. Project Coordinator

Duration: One year with initial three (3) months’ probation period. The contract will be extended based on satisfactory performance and funding availability.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Technology Development with three years of related work experience.

Position: Social Mobilizer -4

Project: Integrated Agriculture and Livelihood Improvement Project.

Duty Station: Bariyarpatti RM and Navarajpur RM Siraha District

Reports To: Sr. Project Coordinator

Duration: One year with initial three (3) months’ probation period. The contract will be extended based on satisfactory performance and funding availability.

Qualification and Experience:

• Social mobilizers should at least have completed school (12th class) preferably in social sciences with at least a year's experience in social mobilization and community empowerment.

Position: JTA (Agriculture) -1

Project: Integrated Agriculture and Livelihood Improvement Project.

Duty Station: Bariyarpatti RM and Navarajpur RM Siraha District 

Reports To: Technical Officer (Agriculture) 

Duration: One year with initial three (3) months’ probation period. The contract will be extended based on satisfactory performance and funding availability.

Qualification and Experience:

• Agricultural JTA should at least have completed TSEE/TSLC with at least two years of experience in community empowerment in agricultural sector or I.Sc. Ag. with a years' experience in agricultural promotion in the rural community.

Post: JTA (Veterinary) -1

Project: Integrated Agriculture and Livelihood Improvement Project.

Duty Station:  Bariyarpatti RM and Navarajpur RM Siraha District

Reports To: Technical Officer (Agriculture)

Duration: One year with initial three (3) months’ probation period. The contract will be extended based on satisfactory performance and funding availability.

Qualification and Experience:

• Veterinary JTA should at least have completed TSEE/TSLC with veterinary service and at least have two years of experience in community empowerment through livestock promotion or I. SC. Ag with a years' experience in veterinary service in the rural community.
