Consultancy Assignment for Conducting Training of Trainers (ToT) on Training Design and Delivery for Officer Level Staff of LI-BIRD

Local Initiatives for Biodiversity, Research and Development (LI-BIRD) identifies the needs for building capacity of its staff and plans for capacity building events to ensure effective and quality delivery of projects and programmes. As part of this year’s organizational capacity building plan, LI-BIRD is organizing a Training of Trainers (ToT) on Training Design and Delivery to enhance the knowledge and skills of Officer Level staff of LI-BIRD in the design and delivery of high-quality structured training programmes for field staff, partners, community leaders and various stakeholders including government extension people.

LI-BIRD requests to submit a proposal from a qualified Firms or Expert for conducting the Training of Trainers (ToT) on training design and delivery for officer level staff of LI-BIRD. Please use the form/template provided in EoI document while preparing your proposal. Proposal must be written in English language. Proposal received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation. Proposal that does not meet the requirements will be rejected. Proposal that meets the requirements and offer the best value for money will be selected.

LI-BIRD reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all the proposals at any time prior to awarding the contract without obligation to inform the bidder(s).
