Shanti Foundation is now seeking applications from qualified and dedicated Nepali citizens for the following positions.
1. Position Title: Psychosocial Counselor
Duty Station: Kathmandu
General job description:
The Psychosocial Counselor is responsible for providing emotional and psychological support to the beneficiaries of the project specifically girls and LGBTQIA+ individuals in the entertainment and hospitality sector. This role involves conducting outreach, offering individual and group counseling, supporting case management, and contributing to the effective implementation of project activities. The counselor will work closely with the project team to ensure beneficiaries receive holistic care and support while maintaining accurate records and reports.

2. Position Title: DIC Operator
Duty Station: Kathmandu
General job description:
The DIC Officer will be responsible for managing the Drop-In Center (DIC) operations, maintaining a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment, supporting beneficiaries, and ensuring the implementation of project activities. This role requires effective collaboration with the project team to address the needs of beneficiaries while supporting in maintenance of proper documentation and case management protocols.

3. Position Title: Project Coordinator
Duty Station: Kathmandu
General job description:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the overall management and successful implementation of the Prayatna Project, ensuring alignment with the project’s goals and operational plans. The role involves overseeing the project's progress, ensuring efficient use of project funds, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, coordinating activities, and ensuring that all activities comply with Shanti Foundation’s policies. The coordinator will also lead the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) activities, ensuring that project outputs and outcomes are effectively tracked and assessed.
