Mandwi is a not profit-making national NGO working since 2066 BS. It is dedicated to work strategically to contribute to the overall development of disadvantage groups’ special focus on women, girl, and another marginalized and disadvantaged groups. Mandwi with the partnership of IFES is being implementing “She Leads Nepal, Women Leadership program” programme in 28 municipalities of  Dhanusha, Mahottari, Sarlahi, Rautahat, and Bara districts of Madhesh Province, Nepal from May, 2021. Mandwi hereby invites applications from suitable and qualified Nepalese citizens for the following positions:

Monitoring and Evaluation Officer - One

  • Bachelor having 3 years’ experience in the area of monitoring and evaluation with a social development background (social or political science or similar discipline) is responsible for proper management of monitoring and evaluation of the project with report writing and data analysis (advance skills).
  • This position will be responsible to collect, compile, verify, analyse and update information of all the program activities and provide regular support to field staff on all M&E issues.

Based in Dhanusha

Master Trainers

10 (5 Male and 5 Female)

  • Bachelor with a social development background (social or political science or similar discipline) is interested for attending IFES-led training of trainers and delivering She Leads training curriculum to Locally Elected Women Representatives (EWR) and past experience of conducting similar types of training.

Dhanusha, Mahottari, Sarlahi, Rautahat and Bara (2 for each District)

Admin & Finance Officer - 1 (One)

  • Completed minimum Bachelor’s degree in management/administration having 5 years’/ Master’s Degree in management/administration   having 2 years’ experience for overall management of finance and administration of the organization.
  • She/he have capacity to ensure donor’s/Mandwi’s compliance and  audit requirements, guide financial planning, budgeting and monitoring of the organization, facilitate tax/vat issues, coordination with NGOs/CBOs and stakeholders on program financial managements, prepare contracting and procurement of goods and services, guide colleagues to daily administrative activities, develop the culture of social/public audit producers and methodology across the program, facilitate the year end fiscal year closing, transmission of financial report, budget forecasts, supervise and guide to admin, finance and logistic staffs, coordination government offices, counterpart, national and international organization, partners and community people.
