Invitation to Request for Quotation (RFQ)

Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal (BWSN), a non-governmental organization, is currently implementing the project “Scaling-up Extreme Poverty Graduation and Climate Change Resilience in Disaster Vulnerable Communities in Asia” with financial and technical assistance from Islamic Relief Nepal.

BWSN invites professional and eligible individual consultants and firms with adequate experience and capacity to participate in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

• Quotation document collection and submission time: 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM, Sunday to Friday (except BWSN holidays).
• The RFQ documents will be issued from 28 September 2025 onwards.
• The deadline for submission is 07 October 2025, by 17:00 Hrs.
• Eligibility Criteria, For Firms: Copy of Firm Registration Certificate, Copy of PAN/VAT Registration, Latest Tax Clearance Certificate, and Relevant Experience Documents (if any) For Individual Consultants: Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV), Copy of Citizenship Certificate, PAN/VAT Registration Documents, and Relevant Experience Documents (if any).
• Proposals must be submitted by 07 October 2025 either:
  • In hard copy at the BWSN Office, Harion-11, Sarlahi, Phone Number: 046-530501 or
  • hard copy through the Kathmandu contact number: 9860139461.
• Bidders must submit Technical and Financial Proposals separately in sealed envelopes.
• Any quotation received after the deadline will not be considered. If the last date of submission falls on a holiday, the next working day will be considered the deadline.
• Quotations will be opened immediately after the deadline, in the presence of service providers’ representatives. However, if representatives are absent, BWSN will proceed with the opening.
• BWSN reserves the right to award the contract in full or partially.
• BWSN will not bear any costs incurred by bidders for the preparation or submission of their quotations.
