Vacancy Notice

National Campaign for Education Nepal (NCE Nepal) is implementing the Accelerating Civil Society’s Role in Securing Education for All (ACCESS) project in Madhesh, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim Provinces. The initiative focuses on strengthening CSOs and networks as key actors in advancing the SESP in these regions. The project is led by People In Need (PIN) with support from the Nepal Disabled Women Association (NDWA) and Accountability Lab Nepal (ALN).

NCE Nepal hereby invites applications, for the below mentioned positions, from interested Nepali candidates

1. District Officer (Positions – 3) based in Salyan, Achham and Bajura

The District Officer will be responsible for ensuring effective implementation and execution of the project activities and facilitate the CSOs and education stakeholders to strengthen their capacity at district and local levels. S/he will support to conduct orientation/trainings/workshop, monitoring visits etc. at local level among the key stakeholders of the project. S/he will also work as per the technical guidance and supervision of the Project Coordinator. He/she will have overall responsibilities of the community mobilization and support in district level engagements.

Duty station: District Officers will be based on the district in target palika of the project. List of working area is presented in detailed job description.

Duration: October 2025 to September 2026 (Possibility of extension)

2. Social Mobilisers

Social Mobiliser based on Jajarkot, Salyan, Parsa, Rautahat, Achham, Kanchanpur, Bajura (Position – 10)

Social mobiliser is responsible for implementation of field level activities in the local, schools, and community level in collaboration with NCE Nepal and selected CSOs of NCE Nepal and NDWA. They are responsible for working with local governments, schools, Girls and Inclusive Education Network (GIEN), Education Committee, Head teacher, School Management Committee (SMC), Parents Teacher’s Association (PTA), Complaint Response Committee (CRM), Community Learning Centers (CLCs) and local CSOs/CBOs to implement the ACCESS program.

Duty station: Social Mobilisers will be based on one of the target palikas. List of working area is presented in detailed job description.

Duration: October 2025 to September 2026

Working areas:
