Invitation to Request for Proposal

Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal (BWSN), a non-governmental organization, is currently implementing the project “Scaling-up Extreme Poverty Graduation and Climate Change Resilience in Disaster Vulnerable Communities in Asia” with financial and technical assistance from Islamic Relief Nepal.

BWSN invites professional and eligible individual consultants and firms with adequate experience and capacity to participate in this Request for Proposal.

• The deadline for submission is 07 October 2025, by 17:00 Hrs.
• Eligibility Criteria, For Firms: Copy of Firm Registration Certificate, Copy of PAN/VAT Registration, Latest Tax Clearance Certificate, and Relevant Experience Documents (if any) For Individual Consultants: Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV), Copy of Citizenship Certificate, PAN/VAT Registration Documents, and Relevant Experience Documents (if any).
• Proposals must be submitted by 07 October 2025 either: hard copy (sealed) at the BWSN Office, Harion-11, Sarlahi, or softcopy through email: procurement@bwsn.org.np
  
• Applicant must submit Technical and Financial Proposals separately.
  
• Any proposal received after the deadline will not be considered. If the last date of submission falls on a holiday, the next working day will be considered the deadline.
• BWSN reserves the right to award the contract in full or partially.
• BWSN will not bear any costs incurred by applicant for the preparation and submission of their proposals.
