Invitation for Quotation
Karnali Community Development Centre (KCDC) is a service-oriented humanitarian and development-focused non-governmental organization registered with the District Administration Office, Mugu, in 2062 B.S. (2005 A.D.). KCDC has been working to promote sustainable community development and is actively engaged in social and rural development initiatives across Food and Nutrition Security, Agriculture and Livelihood Development, Maternal, Newborn and Child Health Care, Public Health, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Renewable and Clean Energy Promotion, Rural Infrastructure Development, Disaster and Climate Change Management, and social empowerment and poverty reduction. With the technical and financial support of CARE Nepal, KCDC is implementing the Nurture Every Future-Poshan Project in Khatyad Rural Municipality, Mugu district. For effective field-level implementation, monitoring and reporting under this project, KCDC invites quotations from eligible and registered suppliers for the supply and delivery of the following Office setup materials.

The chair shall have a sturdy and durable construction with a height-adjustable seat, smooth 360-degree revolving mechanism and comfortable backrest. | 3 | Cupboard | Office cupboard made of durable 18-gauge iron sheet, measuring approximately 30 inches (B) × 68 inches (H,) × 15 inches (D). The cupboard shall have a glass-fronted door for visibility and easy access to stored materials. The interior shall be divided into four compartments, comprising three compartments with an internal height of approximately 16 inches each and one compartment with an internal height of approximately 7 inches. Quotation Requirements
Interested and eligible suppliers are requested to submit their quotation including:
- Detailed technical specifications, brand and model.
- Unit price and total price, including applicable VAT and taxes.
- Warranty and after-sales service details.
- Delivery period.
- Quotation validity period.
- Copy of company/firm registration certificate.
- PAN/VAT registration certificate.
- Latest tax clearance certificate, where applicable.
- Authorized signature and official stamp.
Terms and Conditions
- The quoted price must include all applicable taxes, duties and delivery-related costs.
- All supplied items must be brand new, genuine and unused.
- The supplier shall provide a valid manufacturer's warranty.
- KCDC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations in accordance with its procurement policies.
- Quotations submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
- The lowest quotation may not necessarily be selected; quality, specification, warranty, delivery and overall value may also be considered.

Quotation Submission Deadline: Completed quotations must be received no later than
31 August 2026, within office hours.
Late or incomplete submissions may not be considered. KCDC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations, wholly or partly, in accordance with applicable organizational and project procurement procedures, without any obligation to participating bidders.
