1. INFN GPH invites bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the Supply & Delivery of laboratory equipment on rental basis and its reagents. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of INFN GPH Pokhara.

2. Bidding documents are available at INFN GPH office at Pokhara-15, Nayagaun, Kaski. Eligible Vendor can fill and submit the form with signed scan copy of declaration form provided.

3. The bidders shall submit the copy of PAN/VAT Registration, Company/Firm Registration and Tax Clearance Certificate of FY 2080/081. Bidders also need to submit the genuine authorization letter with the quotation.

4. Validation of quotation must be one year from the day of agreement. Performance security will be 5% of total selected bid amount.

5. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend the bid opening meeting on 2082/03/19 at 3:00 PM at INFN GPH. Bids must be valid for a period of 60 days counting from the day of bid. The respective bidder will be allowed to see his/her bidding documents only.

6. The bid is a single envelop system and can be evaluated on lot/item-wise basis.

7. INFN GPH reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever. Other instructions to bidder will be provided with the bid documents from INFN GPH.

8. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.

9. If any discrepancies or error seen in the bid documents, it will be dealt as per the provision stated in the Policy of INF Nepal.
