Community Development & Advocacy Forum Nepal (CDAFN) is a NGO dedicated to uphold the rights of marginalized and excluded communities through its interventions on Health, Education, Livelihood, Protection and Climate Change, Disaster Management and Humanitarian Support including Organizational Development and GEDSI. It works with a vision for Building a Civilized and Prosperous Society with Equality and Social Justice.
CDAFN is implementing Child Sensitive Social Protection (CSSP) Project partnership with Save the Children in Aurahi, Bhangaha and Loharpatti Municipality of Mahottari district. For this project, CDAFN invites applications from interested qualified and professional Nepali candidates for the following full-time position.

Position: Project Co-Ordinator
Required No.: 1 (One)
Duty Station: Project Office Bardibasha-03 Gauridada, Mahottari (with frequent field visit in Program and project area)
Required qualification, experience, skill and knowledge
- Master Degree in the given sector, management, social science or business studies with minimum 2 years working experience in managing multiple projects with diverse team or
- Proven ability to manage risks and promote governance to contribute on strategic outcomes
- Experience working with children and their wellbeing in both development or emergency contexts
Purpose of Role
- Portfolio Management (portfolio Project, reports, risks, problem solving, team, governance)
- Solid Projects Quality and Technical Management (MEAL data/information, technical Project, project models, integration of sectors including CSSP / cross cutting themes-GESI, DRR)
- Community empowerment and engagements at different level for sustainability -
- Evidence of Programs Impact or Result collection/compilation to be shared at/for wider platform-
- Strong Relationship and Partnership Management (internal and external)
Attributes for all positions: Excellent quality of work and commitment to high standards, strong communication skills, team building and willingness and motivated for good service delivery with strong networking and interpersonal skills and comfortable to work under stress and emergencies.

Period: November 2025 with extension as per working performance, resource available with 3 months trial period
