INF Nepal, established in 1952, is a Nepali non-government organization serving Nepali people through health and development work to improve the quality of life of individuals and community as whole. The organization works in four provinces (Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces) of Nepal to bring sustainable improvement in the health and development of individuals and communities by empowering communities, providing health care and preparing for disasters. The major focused thematic areas are (i) livelihood and resilience (ii) disability inclusion/rehabilitation (iii) mother and neonatal child health (iv) Leprosy and NTDs. Similarly, gender inclusion and climate change adaptation & disaster resilience are INF Nepal’s cross-cutting thematic areas.

INF Nepal, therefore, requires the service of a qualified independent consultant to carry out a Final Evaluation of Sustainable Development through Community Based Inclusive Development (SAMBRIDDI) Project in Mugu and Jumla. The aims of this project is to contribute to create an inclusive society where person with disabilities have improved quality of life in Mugu and Jumla district, Karnali Province.

INF Nepal invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from the Professional/Experts/Qualified individuals and company for above mentioned final evaluation of SAMBRIDDI Project.

Requirements for the lead consultant/consultancy are:

  • Proven experience in research, monitoring and evaluation of non-governmental community development structures, process and integrated programs.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of service provision to persons with disabilities, national standards, health sector policies and systems in Nepal.
  • The Consultant must possess a master’s degree (having Master Degree will be an advantage) from a recognized university and has experience in evaluating CBR/disability programs. 
  • The Woman and/or person with disability meeting the criteria will be given preference and they are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Consultant/ consultancy should be registered in VAT, latest renewal and Tax clearance certificate.

Interested individual or company need to submit the following documents along with name and CV of Final Evaluator in a sealed quotation to the office address as below.

  • Cover letter expressing interest in the project for final evaluation.
  • Separate Technical and Financial proposal
  • Detail profile of firm and Consultant's CV
  • Updated firm registration, VAT and Tax clearance certificate.
  • Estimated Budget including Breakdowns.
  • Term of Reference (ToR) is available in the annex below and can be downloaded.
  • The above documents shall be sent in envelope in sealed form to the following address no later than 5:00 PM of 8th October 2023 (21 Ashwin 2080).

The INF Nepal has right to accept or reject any/all proposal without assigning any reasons, whatsoever.
