Invitation for E-Tender: Supply of Women-Friendly Agricultural Tools/Machines

PeaceWin Nepal is a women-led, non-governmental, non-profit social organization. It was established locally in 2047 BS (September 26, 1990) and registered at the District Administration Office of Bajura on 5th Poush 2049 BS (December 20, 1992 AD), with the vision of “Competent Individuals, Happy Families, and a Prosperous Society.” The organization primarily works with disadvantaged groups, especially children and women, promoting and protecting their social, economic, and cultural rights. It addresses various social issues such as Chhaupadi, child marriage, malnutrition, gender-based violence, and ethnic and other forms of discrimination through integrated efforts and mainstreaming.

In collaboration with Welthungerhilfe (WHH), PeaceWin Nepal has been implementing the "Women in Climate Resilient Agri-System for Enhanced Nutrition Security (WE-CAN)" project since December 2024. This project focuses on fostering climate-resilient local food systems and empowering women in Sanfebagar Municipality and Chaurpati Rural Municipality in Achham District, Sudurpashchim Province.

PeaceWin Nepal invites E-tenders/bids from eligible and qualified suppliers, firms, and companies for the supply of women-friendly agricultural tools and machines across its project areas. The objective of this procurement is to support smallholder farmers by improving their access to essential agricultural tools and inputs that promote climate-smart and sustainable farming practices. The procurement specifically aims to strengthen the adaptive capacity of smallholder farmers through the provision of essential agricultural tools, seeds, and inputs, promote climate-smart and environmentally friendly agricultural production systems by improving access to quality inputs, empower Local Resource Persons (LRPs) with practical agricultural tool kits so that they can provide better technical support and backstopping to farmers’ groups at the community level, increase household-level food security and income by facilitating access to productive farming resources, ensure that marginalized groups, including women and vulnerable communities, benefit through targeted support aimed at reducing inequalities in agricultural access and opportunities.

Interested and eligible individuals, firms, and companies are invited to download the Bid/TOR document and submit their E-tender along with all required documents.

All bids must be submitted on or before 24 March 2026, 5:00 PM Nepal time via the e-tender portal: Public RFT - Procurement of Inputs for Farmer groups (Women Friendly Agriculture tools support to farmer groups)

Suppliers must submit all inquiries, clarifications, or requests related to this bid by 18th March 2026 via E-tender.
