CDC Doti is a Provincial non-profit organization, NGO working for the social and economic empowerment of people under the vulnerable zone and community. It was established on 16/09/2049 B.S and has been serving since 30 years for the same cause for social empowerment, inclusive and quality access to education, Disaster Preparedness and Humanitarian Response. Over the period since its inception, CDC has had long experience working with government, international non-government agencies, community based organization in various sectors of social and economic development. In addition, CDC supports community capacity strengthening for rural development, community groups and people on advocacy development in various sectors. CDC believes in human potentials and strives to empower social well-being, community-led development, accountability to community, donors and stakeholders, government and non-government agencies. In this period CDC Doti has developed strong networking, professional relationship among various organizations, networks and structures in the district and province . CDC has hands-on experience on social development, capacity strengthening of local level government, community based organization in Nepal.

The CDC-Doti, CEAD Nepal, ASTHA Nepal, PYS Bajhang, NNSWA, SOSEC Nepal, PTYSM and KIRDARC is working together under a joint procurement model to streamline the acquisition process for stationary supplies to World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal) funded projects. The stationery Items having specification and quantity as below, thus it invites interested Bidders to submit “Bid” for the supply and delivery of stationary items. A one-year long LTA with possible extension can be established with the awarded bidder.

- Interested bidders may obtain a bidding document from 6th December 2023 up to 25th December 2023 by upon the submission of email request to: cdcprocurement49@gmail.com along with electronic copy of PAN/VAT certificate, copy of license, copy of registration, and tax clearance certificate of previous three years.
- All bids accompanied by a bid Security (2% of quoted price) must be delivered in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders latest by 4:00 AM on 26th December 2023 in the address given below. Bids will be opened at CDC Doti in the presence of Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at 11:00 AM on 29th December 2023.
- CDC Doti reserves the right to accept or reject any applications in whole or in part and alter the provisions of this ITB as deemed necessary without assigning reasons whatsoever.
