LCWS is a non-governmental organization that was established in 2010 by Nepal Evangelical Lutheran Church (NELC) with the goal of providing humanitarian aid to the poor and oppressed communities. Since its inception, LCWS has been dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of those in need and promoting social justice. Through its various programs and initiatives, the organization has been working tirelessly to improve the standard of living for marginalized communities and bring hope to those who need it the most. LCWS is committed to making a difference in the world and its efforts have earned it a reputation as a leading voice in the fight against poverty and oppression as well as emergency response. Currently, the LCWS is working among Santhal, Musahar and marginalized communities of Jhapa and Morang districts of Koshi Province; and Dhanusha District of Madhesh Province.
