Nova Link Transport is a regional logistics and transportation service provider offering fast and reliable solutions across Asia. We are currently expanding our remote sales and marketing team to strengthen our client network in Nepal.

Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will communicate with potential clients to introduce our company’s services and offers, assist in lead follow-ups, and support our marketing campaigns. You will also maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients while meeting monthly performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make phone calls or online contacts with potential customers

• Introduce company services and explain current promotions or offers

• Maintain and update customer information

• Meet weekly and monthly outreach targets

• Prepare basic daily and weekly performance reports

Requirements:

• Based in Nepal

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic English proficiency

• Must have a laptop with a webcam and microphone, and a stable internet connection for WFH

• Goal-oriented and comfortable working with performance targets

• Experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing preferred (freshers welcome)

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 30,000 per month

• Commissions, performance bonuses, and incentives based on results

• Work From Home (full-time)

• Weekly off: Saturday

• Continuous guidance and online support provided
