1. Business Development Officer (BDO)

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to support the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Terms of Reference (TOR)

1. Objective of the Position

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, market development, and revenue generation, particularly in consulting and training services.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate sectors
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and presentations

B. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention

C. Marketing & Promotion

  • Support marketing campaigns (digital, social media, networking events)
  • Promote consulting and training services
  • Assist in branding and visibility initiatives

D. Training & Consultancy Sales

  • Market corporate training programs
  • Coordinate with technical team for service delivery
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets

E. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain client database and lead management system
  • Prepare periodic business development reports
  • Coordinate with management on strategy and progress

3. Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (consulting/training sector preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of corporate and institutional markets
  • Proficiency in MS Office

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Operations Officer to manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Terms of Reference (TOR)

1. Objective of the Position

The Operations Officer will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of operational functions, including accounting support, tax compliance, documentation, and coordination with clients and internal teams.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Operations Management

  • Manage daily office operations and workflow
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables
  • Monitor operational efficiency and support team coordination

B. Accounting & Tax Compliance

  • Oversee bookkeeping and financial record maintenance
  • Ensure timely filing of VAT, TDS, and Income Tax Returns (ITR)
  • Support preparation of financial statements and reports

C. Client Coordination

  • Communicate with clients regarding documents, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Follow up for required information and ensure timely submission
  • Maintain strong client service standards

D. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical & digital)
  • Prepare operational and MIS reports
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation

E. Training & Project Support

  • Coordinate corporate training programs (logistics, schedules)
  • Support consulting assignments and project execution

F. System & Data Management

  • Maintain client database and MIS system
  • Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy
  • Support process improvement initiatives

3. Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in accounting, tax compliance, or consulting operations preferred

4. Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of accounting, VAT, and tax systems
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and office applications
  • Good communication and coordination ability
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-focused
