Practical Action invites applications for the position of Communications Associate to work for Practical Action Office Nepal. The position holder will be based in Kathmandu.
About the role
We are looking for a competent Communications Associate to support the overall areas of communications in achieving Practical Action's programme goals and business growth in Nepal, and within the Asia Region. The role contributes to implementing communications strategies and project communication plans, producing high-quality content and knowledge products, managing digital platforms, and supporting fundraising and business development. This includes adapting programme evidence and stories for diverse audiences across Asia and beyond.
About you
You are eager and enthusiastic about working in challenging situations. You have proven experience in communications and journalism. You have written blogs, articles, and case studies for websites and digital platforms. Additionally, you have a good understanding of photography and videography, as well as an understanding of editing tools.
