Call for Expression of Interest for Vendor Listing

WaterAid Nepal (WAN) is an international not-for-profit organization, established in 1981, determined to make clean water, decent toilets, and good hygiene practices normal for everyone, everywhere within a generation. We change millions of lives every year, working in 26 countries to provide clean water, decent toilets, and good hygiene. WaterAid has been working in Nepal since 1987. We team up with local partners, technical experts, governments, and communities to support the delivery of integrated WASH services and hygiene behaviour change programme in hard-to-reach communities, helping to transform lives. 

WAN invites an Expression of Interest (EOI) from interested and qualifies company/supplier/vendor and service provider for shortlisting.

• Outsource staffs such as Security Guards, Office Cleaner, Driver, Gardener and Cook etc.
• Internet Services
• Staff medical and group insurance and office asset insurance
• Annual maintenance service of IT equipment
• Advertisement Service
• Printing of office supplies
• Stationery and office supplies such as mouse, pen drive, headphone, toner etc.
• Travel agency for air tickets including domestic and international, visa service and other services as applicable
• Hotel Services for accommodation, events, workshops, trainings and conferences etc.
• Supply of promotional items such as branded pens, t-shirts, water bottle, bag, hats, caps, jackets and ecofriendly products, etc.  
• Design agency to design different materials such as poster, catalogue, infographics etc and the animation etc. required by the organisation. 
• Baseline, Endline and Midterm evaluation of the projects. 
• Translator for English to Nepali and Nepali to English mainly WASH and policy related documents.
• Interprétation, Nepali, English, Maithali etc. languages.
• Vehicle rental and rental driver services
• House Keeping and Office repair and maintenance
• Videography and photography services
• Supply of Groceries Items including cleaning and janitorial, drinking water, cooking gas 
• Supply of Water Treatment Reagents

Eligible Criteria:

• Firm/Company registered with Government of Nepal 
• Having Tax/VAT certificate.
• Tax Clerance certificate for year 2081/2082
• Experience letter to proof the Supply and Service for minimum three years. 
• List of top customers, prefer to NGO/INGOs

Interested applicants are requested to submit the Letter of Interest (available through the link provided in the advertisement – Annex I) along with the five required eligibility documents via email to nepal-procurement@wateraid.org no later than 30 April 2026.
