Position: Freelancer Translator (Nepali to English)

Center for Research on Environment Health and Population Activities (CREHPA) is private, nonprofit consultancy and research organization based at Kathmandu, Nepal. It is registered under Society’s Act 2034, HMG as non-governmental organization (NGO). It is also registered with Social welfare council (SWC), Nepal. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• TranslateNepali transcripts to English
• Ensure the translated content conveys original meaning and tone
• Proofread translated texts for grammar, spelling and punctuation accuracy
• Follow-up with internal teams to ensure translation meets the need and deliver document timely
• Maintain required format (font and structure) 

Education, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least one years of experience in translation 
• Applicants must be Nepalese citizen with excellent written and spoken English and Nepali.
