Financial Management and Compliance Senior Advisor – 1 no (Kathmandu Based) | Summary of Job Purpose: The Financial Management and Compliance Senior Advisor (FMCSA) is a partner-facing role responsible for implementing a comprehensive finance and compliance capacity-strengthening component for local actors within the USAID-funded Localization Support Contract in Nepal. The FMCSA is a critical position for the EnCompass-led USAID Localization Support Contract, working closely to support local partners financial management and compliance. Educational qualifications and experience: Masters in international development, management, public administration, communications or other relevant field with at least 7-10 years of relevant professional experience. At least 5 years of experience in financial management, compliance and or designing and implementing local actors’ capacity building on financial management. Proven experience in working with national organizations in developing countries. Strong understanding of national organizations/NGOs capacity development methodologies and best practices. History of working effectively and respectfully with national government, L/INGOs, contractors and other partners.
