Rukumeli Social Development Centre (RSDC) an NGO based in Rukum (West) district is implementing WASH recovery project in Rukum (West) under JRAP in partnership with UNICEF. Under the JRAP project, RSDC, in collaboration with UNICEF, will implement 14 water supply schemes (4 new and 10 repairs), upgrade WASH facilities in 9 schools (both new and old), and installed 850 household toilets in both Sanibheri and Musikot Municipalities. For the same, RSDC is planning to make Framework Agreements (Max 6 months) with Potential Supplier/Company in Nepal with the purpose of procurement & supply of Hardware, construction materials, fittings, tools & sanitary items which are required for WASH Recovery project throughout the year. Therefore, all interested service providers/suppliers are requested to submit their duly filled tender forms to RSDC Central office, Musikot Municiplaity-01, Rukum (West).

Terms and Conditions (Mandatory):

1. Filled tender forms to be submitted in a closed and sealed envelope to RSDC Central office in Musikot Municiplaity-01 (full address mentioned below). Tender Document will be issued from 28th July 2024 to 11th August, 2024.
2. Tender Document can be requested through email provided below or can collect from RSDC central office, Musikot Municipality-01, Rukum (west).
3. Tender document collection and submission must be from 10 AM to 5 PM from Sunday to Friday except government holidays and concerned suppliers should submit hardcopy to the RSDC central office and online submission will not be entertained.
4. The envelope should clearly mark this subject: “Tender form for Framework Agreement of Hardware Items, Construction materials, tools & other items RSDC/UNICEF/WASH recovery /2024
5. Tender documents after the closing date and time will not be considered for the evaluation process.
6. While requesting the tender form, all suppliers must include following documents:
7. Company profile, copy of valid company registration certificate, Copy of VAT registration certificate, latest copy of tax clearance certificate.
8. Last date and time of ITB/Tender submission is 11th August, 2024 by 5:00 PM.
9. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders and their representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 PM on 12th August, 2024 at RSDC office, Musikot Municipality-01, Rukum (west).
