1. Introduction
Health, Nutrition, Education and Agriculture Research Development Nepal (HEARD Nepal) is a non-governmental, non-political organization working to improve the lives of marginalized and vulnerable communities in Nepal through Health, Nutrition, Education, Agriculture, and community development programs. HEARD Nepal is registered at the District Administration Office, Saptari (Reg. No. 1761/077/78), affiliated with the Social Welfare Council, Kathmandu (Affiliation No. 52601), and holds PAN/VAT No. 615996712. The organization operates across Madhesh, Koshi, Bagmati, and Karnali Provinces, with provincial offices in Kathmandu, Biratnagar-03 (Morang), and Surkhet. HEARD Nepal aims to combat poverty and expand equitable opportunities for all people in Nepal.
We invite interested and eligible vendors/suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for providing goods and services required for HEARD Nepal’s office, programmatic, and humanitarian activities.
2. Scope of Vendor Selection
The vendors will be selected to supply materials and services in the following categories:

| 2 | Hotel / Accommodation Services | Hotel booking, lodging, catering for official travel, workshops, and events, water jars, meeting & training halls. |
| 3 | Furniture & Fixing | Office desks, chairs, cabinets, conference tables, bookshelves, cupboards, wooden bed, etc. |
| 4 | Carpets / Mats | Carpets, floor mats, and rugs for offices, and classrooms. |
| 5 | Nutrition Materials | Nutritional supplements, fortified foods, therapeutic foods for community programs. |
| 6 | Agriculture Materials | Seeds, fertilizers, tools, equipment, water jars, and other agricultural items for offices and program activities. |
| 7 | Education Program Materials | Teaching-learning materials, stationery kits, books, charts, and school program-related materials. |
| 8 | School Program Furniture & Materials | Student desks & bench wooden, desks & bench plastic fiber and chairs, classroom boards, cupboards, shelves, wooden learning rack with ply 3 steps, shoe rack wooden (5X4X1) cover with ply 4 steps, mini steel cupboard 20 Gauge, wooden low height round table, arts and painting materials, play materials for children (ECCD-focused). |

| 11 | Humanitarian / Relief Materials | Rice, lentils, salt, oil, mats, blankets, bedsheets, kit bags, grocery items, food items, tarpaulins, and other relief materials for communities. |
| 12 | Housing and construction materials | CG Roofing, UPVC materials, Cement, Sand, Rod, Brick, stone, colour for wall painting, pipe, door and window UPVC and Aluminum. |
| 13 | WASH & Sanitation and Electric materials | Male and Female urinal set, Commode, water tank, Hand wash bashing, tap materials, electric switch board, wire, pipe, children brush & nail cutter, hand wash liquid soap, LED TV, Electric Heater, refrigerator, , geyser etc. |
| 14 | School Bag | School Bag with Visibility |
| 15 | Water Filler | Water filter RO/UV water plant |
| 16 | Press and Arts | Hoarding Board, IEC Materials printing press |
| 17 | Vehicle Rental | Car, Van, Pickup, Jeep, Mini Bus, 2 wheeler and 4 Wheeler Jeep, Tractor, Mini Truck, Truck, for Kohi Province, Madhesh Province, Bagmati Province and Karnali Province Locally. |
3. Vendor Eligibility
- Registered with the relevant government authority.
- VAT/PAN documents updated for FY 2081/82 (Nepali FY).
- Tax clearance certificate must be required
- Proven experience in supplying goods/services relevant to the applied category.
- Capacity to deliver quality products or services on time.
- Ability to provide quotations and references for past supply.
4. Submission Requirements
Interested vendors are requested to submit the following:
- Company/firm profile with registration details.
- VAT/PAN documents updated for FY 2081/82.
- List of goods/services offered along with product specifications.
- References from previous clients or evidence of relevant experience.
- Contact details including email and phone number.
- Tax clearance certificate must be required

5. Selection Process
- Review of EOI submissions based on eligibility, VAT/PAN compliance, and experience.
- Shortlisting of vendors for quotations or negotiation.
- Final selection based on quality, price, and capacity to deliver.
Note: HEARD Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOIs without assigning any reason.
