1. Contracting Authority

Samriddha Pahad is a profit not distributing organization implementing activities funded by the European Union, in accordance with the EU Financial Regulation and DG ECHO procurement rules.

2. Purpose of the Expression of Interest

The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to identify and pre-select economic operators with the technical and professional capacity to supply IT equipment, including laptops, desktop computers, printers, external hard drives, projector and camera. This EOI does not constitute a commitment to purchase and is launched solely to establish a shortlist of eligible suppliers who may be invited to participate in a subsequent restricted procurement procedure.

3. Indicative Scope of Supply

The indicative scope includes, but is not limited to:

• Laptops: approximately 8 units
• Desktop computers: approximately 2 units
• Printers: approximately 3 units
• External Hard Drives: approximately 5 units
• Projectors: approximately 1 unit
• Cameras: approximately 1 unit

Indicative Minimum Technical Requirements

Laptops

• Processor: Intel Core i7 (11th/12th/13th  generation) or equivalent
• RAM: Minimum 8 GB (Higher preferred)
• Storage: Minimum 512 GB SSD
• Display: Minimum 14”
• Operating System: Licensed Windows 11 Pro
• Connectivity: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, minimum 2× USB ports
• Warranty: Minimum 12 months onsite

Desktop Computers

• Processor: Intel Core i7 (11th/12th/13th  generation) or equivalent
• RAM: Minimum 8 GB
• Storage: Minimum 512 GB SSD
• Operating System: Licensed Windows 11 Pro
• Accessories: Keyboard, mouse, monitor
• Warranty: Minimum 12 months onsite

Printers

• Multi-function (Print / Scan / Copy)
• Automatic duplex printing
• USB and/or Network connectivity
• Warranty: Minimum 12 months

External Hard Drives

• Capacity: Minimum 1 TB
• Type: External HDD or SSD
• Interface: USB 3.0 or higher
• Compatibility: Windows OS
• Warranty: Minimum 12 months

Projectors

• Technology: LCD / DLP or equivalent
• Brightness: Minimum 3,500 ANSI lumens
• Resolution: Full HD (1920×1080) or higher
• Connectivity: HDMI, USB
• Intended use: Training, meetings, presentations
• Warranty: Minimum 12 months

Cameras

• Type: Digital camera (DSLR / Mirrorless or equivalent)
• Resolution: Minimum 20 megapixels
• Video: Full HD or higher
• Connectivity: USB / Wi-Fi
• Intended use: Documentation, visibility, and reporting
• Warranty: Minimum 12 months

4. Eligibility Criteria

• Legally registered in Nepal
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience
• Compliance with tax and statutory obligations
• Not subject to EU exclusion grounds

All interested economic operators are encouraged to submit their Expression of Interest to info@spnepal.org or sealed quotation at Samriddha Pahad’s Office (Bakhundole, Sanepa-2, Lalitpur) within the submission deadline.

6. General Conditions

This EOI does not constitute a contract or commitment. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel or modify the procedure at any stage. The procedure will be conducted in accordance with SP principles of transparency, equal treatment and non-discrimination.
