Expression of Interest

ECPAT Luxembourg (www.ecpat.lu) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization which works to end the sexual exploitation of children. The organization is implementing the U.S. Department of State, Office to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Person (J/TIP) funded project “MUKTI South Asia”.

For the “Mapping of Regional Anti-human trafficking Initiatives in India, Nepal and Bangladesh”, ECPAT Luxembourg seeks interested Consultant/Organization/Firm to submit a proposal. The experts who possess a demonstrated track record in conducting research, particularly in the areas of child protection and combating human trafficking are encourage to apply. 

Basic requirements:

• At least 7 years of experiences in researches with expertise in the subject of child protection. Experience in anti-trafficking in persons in the South Asia region will be added advantage.
• Previous studies and documented experiences related to the mapping and similar assessments of human trafficking activities will be added value.
• Proficiency in utilizing software for mapping and data visualization would be an added asset.
• A technical proposal that includes methodology for mapping, work plan, timeline of activities and deliverables.
• A financial proposal with detailed budget including number of days breakdown including taxes.
• Curriculum Vitae of proposed expert with signature.
• Related administrative documents such as Consultant/Organization/Firm profile with relevant experience, copy of registration, copy of tax clearance certificate, VAT/PAN registration, latest audit report and sample of prior mapping work.
